This role is an in-person role based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Broomfield CO. Intern program runs June 2024 - August 2024.

Education and/or Experience
Preconstruction interns/co-ops are required to be currently enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a similar program at an accredited technical college or university

What you will be doing
- Review contract drawings and owner requests for proposals.
- Assist in building HCSS estimates or excel rough order of magnitude estimates.
- Perform quantity takeoffs.
- Solicit or coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in researching innovations and cost alternates to provide competitive advantage.
- Assist in recording meeting minutes, tracking RFIs or other organizational functions.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations, schedules or other graphics that may be used in a proposal.
- Assist in reviewing or drafting proposal writing content.
- Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan
- Performs additional assignments per management's direction.
