Job Description:

Works independently and with engineers in the development and improvement of the manufacturing process. Collects and analyzes data relating to the manufacturing process and/or manufacturing equipment. Reads and interprets plans and schematics relating to the manufacturing process. Streamlines information flows from many sources, optimizing the information for production use. Operates programs as needed. Supports factory equipment and its related processes. Maintains related documentation and incorporates changes throughout the manufacturing systems. May conduct training classes relating to manufacturing equipment and procedures/processes. Other tasks as needed.

Management Level Definition:

Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.

Education and Experience Required:

• Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years related experience.
• May include highly experienced individuals performing equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge in the field of electro mechanical technology and software.
• Data analysis experience
• Working knowledge of enterprise scale compute solutions

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Hourly: $19.95 - $42.55
