This position is on 1st Shift and starting pay is $18.50/hr. Operates production equipment for processing cell sexing technology.  Perform daily tasks as defined by production needs.

  • $1,000 Sign-on Bonus

  • Maintain production operations of assigned cell sexing workstation
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain lab documentation
  • Learn other ancillary processes throughout the Production Lab as business needs necessitate, such as but not limited to:
  • Fhil
  • Centrifuge/tubes table
  • Sample making
  • Dish room
  • Incoming quality control
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise. Communicate issues with appropriate personnel (leads, supervisors, manager, or support group).
  • Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment (relentless improvement and/or RIB cards).
  • All other duties as assigned.

 


  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must possess High School diploma or equivalent; Post-High School education or experience within a Production Laboratory setting is preferred.
  • Ability to lift/transfer 46 lbs. frequently.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining the highest level of quality at all times.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard and mouse to accomplish work tasks (includes but is not limited to the ability to look at computer monitor screens for the entirety of assigned shift).
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers, and vendors at all times.
  • Experience in a laboratory or equivalent production environment is preferred.

 Working Conditions 

  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Monitor equipment and computer for long periods of time
  • Exposure to chemicals occasionally (PPE is provided)
  • 1st Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm $18.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm $20.50/hr
  • 3rd Shift 10:00pm – 6:30am $21.50/hr
