As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager at our Organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating our sales team to exceed sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and turnover.
• Collaborate with the service department for reconditioning and maintenance of pre-owned vehicles.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the pre-owned vehicle market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, auction houses, and trade partners.
• Collaborate with Management Team on the pre-owned sales process, from customer engagement to deal closure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive Sales Management, especially in the pre-owned vehicle segment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices and experience with inventory management systems.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive market, pricing trends, and vehicle valuation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in sales analytics tools.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
