Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and turnover.
- Collaborate with the service department for reconditioning and maintenance of pre-owned vehicles.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the pre-owned vehicle market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, auction houses, and trade partners.
- Collaborate with Management Team on the pre-owned sales process, from customer engagement to deal closure.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive Sales Management, especially in the pre-owned vehicle segment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control practices and experience with inventory management systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive market, pricing trends, and vehicle valuation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in sales analytics tools.
