Job Description
Meets and greets the customers in the Service Drive to possibly identify a new vehicle.
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Assist the customer with the selection of their vehicle.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for following up with new, prospective customers from our dealership and equity system
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Work to sell to and create relationships with service clients
