Meets and greets the customers in the Service Drive to possibly identify a new vehicle.

• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Assist the customer with the selection of their vehicle.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for following up with new, prospective customers from our dealership and equity system
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Work to sell to and create relationships with service clients
