Requirements:
- 18 years or older
-Experience working with young children in a similar role
-High School Diploma
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively deliver the Creative curriculum, meeting individual needs and interests
- Maintain records of key children’s development and learning
- Support and engage positively with the staff team
-Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents/carers
-Ensure a high-quality environment, considering individual needs, disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories
-Flexibility within working practices, undertaking additional duties as needed
