Pre K Teacher

We are seeking a Pre K Teacher to join our Home Based Childcare! This individual will Supervise the Children and use the present age appropriate curriculum and activities for children. This position will be responsible for supervising a group of children from 12 months to 4 years old and keeping them on track.

Responsibilities:

• Will plan, assist, organize, conduct and evaluate the daily program activities.
• Instruct preschool-aged /toddler children
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Track activities in Brightwheel and when children supplies are low.
• Maintain the health and safety of all students 
• Clean and maintain classroom
• Morning Check insane Health Screening.
• Capture precious moment for parent.

Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• A minimum of 12 ECE units or previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields including the CoreCourses (Infant or Child Growth and Development or Human Growth and Development; Child,Family, and Community or Child and Family, Health & Safety; and Program/Curriculum).
• Mandated Reporter, CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must clear screening, background check and onboarding process
• Able to work independently and a Self Starter is a must.
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive , Bubble and patient demeanor a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
