We have an immediate opening for a traveling Project Foreman who will be working on pre-engineered Metal Buildings. You need to have at least five years of verified experience. **NCCCO Crane Cert is a plus** The duties of this role include managing field activities, guaranteeing quality control and assurance.
$100/day Per Diem and $150 One way Travel Pay
Project Foreman Responsibilities:
- Familiarity of pre-engineered Metal Buildings and building process.
- You are in charge of ensuring that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and that the workers are safe and producing high-quality work.
- Create and adhere to a project timetable.
- Manage work teams, subcontractors, and the transportation of supplies and equipment to the construction site will be expected of you.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of contract drawings/specifications
- Understanding all regulations to ensure all aspects of the project are compliant
Project ForemanQualifications:
- 5 Years Previous experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
- 5 Years as a Project Foreman
- Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
- A Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must
- Lift certifications are a plus
- OSHA cert is a plus
