Position:
We want an open-minded, technically savvy individual who understands how to use smartsheets and has experience on the front end of construction management and those with logical, process-oriented minds who enjoy math, design, architecture or engineering are encouraged to apply. A college degree and an inventive and highly curious mind are required to excel in this position. This job is highly people-involved, and your ability to communicate, engage, and motivate people will be a significant asset to your success.

What the Company Offers You:
- Competitive salary:
- $110-115,000 per year, full-time salary to start, adjusted for competency
- Full-time work week: 4 days, 10 hours per day, three-day weekends.
- 2 weeks paid vacation, with 1 extra week after 5 years and 2 extra at 10 years

Job Responsibilities – Help the PCS team and Project Managers with the following:
Help sell the construction phase of the project while it's in PCS
Request quotes from subs
Initial review of quotes
Request/review requotes as needed
PCM works with the estimator and PM to value engineer the project
Schedule and attend the initial site visit
Schedule Hazmat testing
Update Smartsheet - budget, PCS schedule, project pathway
Job setup for smartsheets
Prepare PCS contracts
Prepare and send prime construction contract
Weekly client updates
PCS Velocity reports
Set up green halo
Permits and municipal requirements
PCM fills out permit cards as needed
Recurring client meetings
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers/vendors
Initiate and prepare PCS RFIs
PCS submittals
PCS billing
Final client invoice approval from bookkeeping before sending to the client
Print plans to JIF
Reviewing and Correcting Time Cards of all SS, PM, PdM, and other billing to your project in PCS

In addition to job security, we offer competitive compensation, with pay ranging from $60,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and equipment possessed.
