Position Summary
The primary functions are to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company through supporting the pre-construction and estimating staff in delivering exceptional project proposals and meeting the clients' needs while maintaining company values. This role is instrumental in the pursuit, planning and execution of projects bid in the local market as well as coordinating with the other departments to ensure cohesion at the company level.
ESSENTIONAL JOB DUTIES:
- Tracking, updating, and preparing at consistent intervals various Excel sheets for the Company, Pre-Construction and Estimating Teams including current & past project history.
- Participate in a weekly workload/backlog/pipeline coordination meeting.
- Assist in the preparation of the Preconstruction “Kick-Off” meetings as needed.
- Maintaining Insurance Certificate files & uploading new & renewed Certificates to project files.
- Assist in the conversion of Employee Resumes to the Stella May Resume Format.
- Maintaining organized filing system.
- Assist in developing Pre-Construction manual.
- Receive Phone Calls & Voicemail messages and deliver to appropriate recipient(s).
- Maintain office supplies and records; order stock as needed.
- Other miscellaneous tasks include project management contract/project concerns, sending emails, and proficient use of all Office 365 related applications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
