Pre-Arrival Coordinator - Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista
The beautiful, family friendly is seeking a full-time Pre-Arrival Coordinator to join their guest services team! This 800+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! As a Pre-Arrival Coordinator, you will provide prompt and courteous service to both group and leisure guests traveling to the property in a way that meets Hilton's high service standards. Ideal candidates for this position will have 1-2 years' experience working at a high-volume hotel front desk, ideally of Hilton Brand and have a passion for excellent customer service!
Shift Pattern:
candidates should be available to work shifts between 7 am and 11 pm any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate:
$19. 45 per hour, plus potential for additional income from upselling

What will I be doing?
As a Pre-Arrival Coordinator, you will provide prompt and courteous service to both group and leisure guests traveling to the property in a way that meets Hilton's high service standards. Specific tasks of the position may include:
- Promptly answer incoming calls from both internal and external guests using positive and clear English, as well as connect incoming calls to appropriate departments and handle all reservation / hotel enquiries directly
- Prioritize daily room assignments for all incoming guests - make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs whilst proactively managing hotel inventory
- Monitor hotel's text messaging platform and directly assist with guest's enquiries and requests.
- Ensure that all guests requests are confirmed, and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily
- Field guest complaints; listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts or room concerns, etc.
- Plan and implement detailed steps by using experienced judgment and discretion
