Pool Server

The Embassy Suites by Hilton-Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort is currently hiring for Pool Servers to ensure quality service to all guests in the resort.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Provide prompt, professional and courteous service to patrons.

Performs tableside buffet food service as required.

Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.

Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled shift.

Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction.

Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints.

Assists in the set-up and break-down of tables when business demands are high.

Must wear required uniform.

Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

TRAINING NEEDS: Training in providing quality guest service, training in proper table services techniques

• Previous Server and/or Bartending Experience is required: 1 year
