Responsibilities:
- Practice Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the private practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Financial Management: Handle billing, invoicing, and financial tracking. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and collaborate with the finance team to maintain financial health.
- Human Resources: Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Maintain personnel records and address HR-related inquiries.
- Patient Experience: Focus on providing excellent patient care by managing appointment scheduling, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a positive rapport with clients.
- Technology Integration: Utilize practice management software (e.g., SimplePractice), Google Workplace, and other relevant tools to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients. Connect with a team of clinicians to foster collaboration and optimize the patient experience.
- Intake Coordination: Perform intake calls, coordinate new patient onboarding, and manage the initial client intake process.
- Electronic Health Records (EHR): Navigate and manage the EHR platform (SimplePractice) to ensure accurate record-keeping, documentation, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between staff members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or private practice setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting. Familiarity with virtual communication tools, project management platforms, and Google Workplace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, patients, and external partners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to resolving challenges.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using various software applications, including practice management software (SimplePractice) and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
