- Work closely with attorneys, practice groups, and other departments to uncover and implement AI-driven innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and other technical experts within and outside the firm to design, develop, and refine AI-driven products and services
- Act as a subject matter expert to curate legal content for the development of AI and analytics solutions
- Provide guidance and training to attorneys and staff on the effective use of AI tools and technologies
- Serve as a legal tech evangelist, leading software pilots and curating knowledge on AI applications
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives
- Develop detailed requirements and other documentation for projects
- Develop roadmaps and strategies for the development and deployment of AI solutions
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and legal tech trends, recommending investments in new tools or technologies that could benefit the firm
- Lead projects from conception through implementation, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards
- Collaborate with various administrative departments, including finance, pricing, client information risk services, human resources, and information technology
- J.D. from accredited law school
- A degree in a technology-related field (e.g. B.S. or M.S.) is preferred
- 3+ years of litigation experience (labor and employment experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in developing AI solutions and familiarity with machine learning concepts
- Experience with prompt engineering and model refinement
- Basic to intermediate software development skills, with a preference for Python
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization platforms
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum project management, with familiarity using Jira
- Comfortable interacting with attorneys and taking on prominent role related to AI and data
- Experience with change management strategies and techniques to effectively implement new technologies and processes within the organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints and be able to thrive within the firm's highly dynamic environment
- Team player, customer service focused, and adept at multi-tasking and prioritization
- Keen interest in technology and innovation, and ability to quickly learn new platforms
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $124,960 and $187,440. In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $146,720 and $220,080. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $122,240 and $254,640. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $124,880 and $187,320. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
