Practice Administrator

We are seeking a Practice Administrator to become a part of our team! Pain Care Physicians is a multi-specialty pain clinic with five providers and 40 team members in three busy locations. We are looking for a Practice Administrator with minimum five years' experience running a medical practice, not necessarily limited to pain management. We can orient to specialty specific training, but a deep understanding of healthcare dynamics with experience in operations/management is a must. This position will report directly to the CEO/MD of the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and staff
• Manage and lead a team of four direct reports
• Responsible for managing the daily operations of staff and locations
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with CEO and providers to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment to ensure patient safety
• Develop and mentor staff
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimization of partnership
• Coordinate and manage marketing outreach
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Minimum five years' experience running a medical practice
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
