We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PPC specialist to join our team. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's ecommerce pay-per-click campaigns, on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta. The ideal candidate must have strong analytics and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with PPC campaign management and conversion rate optimization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Owning and Executing PPC Marketing Campaigns
- Daily management of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns.
- Executing strategies to grow and improve performance through new campaigns, keyword opportunities, campaign and ad group structuring, audience targeting, remarketing, and other facets of PPC media to meet revenue goals.
- Writing compelling ad copy for text and image ads. Working with design/creative to have image ad and videos created as needed.
- Maintaining and monitoring keywords, bids, spend, revenue, ROAS, CPL, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Monitoring conversion rate and creating landing pages for conversation rate optimization.
- Reviewing, Reporting, and Optimizing Campaign Performance
- Monitoring web analytics or other key performance tools, evaluating performance issues and providing recommendations and implementing strategies in accordance with the data.
- A/B testing and optimizing ongoing campaigns.
- Monitoring KPIs closely to ensure the team and leadership are well informed about campaign and channel performance.
- Providing analysis and recommendations for landing page performance or website improvements to improve conversion.
- Generating weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals and revenue tracking.
- Advocating Use of PPC Marketing Best-Practices
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC campaign management and optimization.
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working on PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta)
- Proficient using Google Analytics to evaluate campaign and website performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Google Ads Certification
- Associate degree
- Passion for pay per click marketing.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize managing multiple accounts/campaigns.
- Strong communication skills to work across departments to achieve results.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
- ECommerce campaigns, education or healthcare campaigns
- AB testing tool experience, such as Google Optimize
- Other ad platforms/types: LinkedIn Ads, Apple Ads, Spotify Ads, CTV/YouTube video
- Other certifications: Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Microsoft Ads
