Managers will contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership, play a significant role in business development activities, and own responsibility for the development of junior staff.

Successful candidates will accomplish these objectives by:

  • Overseeing the quality of deliverables, effectively leading and mentoring teams and managing client relationships to ensure exceptional performance
  • Leading functional and technical workshops, developing functional requirements, liaising with program sponsors regarding process readiness and risks, and collaborating with teams and vendors to help clients transform and converge legacy processes
  • Acting as technical expert by supporting the Solution Architect to ensure alignment to client requirements, providing technical direction to software development teams and quality assurance personnel and participating in the build and test phases to ensure on-time and on-plan delivery while adhering to technical best practices
  • Partnering with clients as a trusted advisor to bring DERMS and DER industry domain expertise to a variety of projects
  • Participating in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

Required Qualifications
