Mission of the Role: Develop the world’s best EV on-board charger.
Key Objectives of this Role:
- Support Power Electronics architecture development and key component design for power stage and control electronics.
- Support operation of the Power Electronics product line.
- Conduct technology and market trend research.
- Gain knowledge on EV, EV powertrain, EV charging and EV high voltage architecture.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Hands-on design, simulation and/or testing experience in high voltage Power Electronics converters through classwork or research projects.
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in engineering design and CAE tools
- Effective communication within a global, multi-culture team environment
Key Deliverables
- OBC system architecture and requirement analysis
- Prototype testing and result analysis
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Master’s / bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on experience on high voltage testing
- Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders.
Key Behaviors:

- Able to identify/trouble-shoot/resolve Power Electronics problem independently.
- Able to understand IC/semiconductor datasheet.
