As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our team.

SUMMARY

As a Pool Service Technician at Premier Aquatics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing residential and commercial pools. We are service a range from Desert Hot Springs to Twentynine Palms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Maintenance of commercial and residential-style pool equipment
• Performing routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
• Troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Identifying and addressing pool and equipment issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conducting inspections of pool areas for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborating with team members to coordinate service schedules and assignments.
• Keeping accurate records of services provided and inventory levels.
• Managing and ordering supplies, chemicals, and other items as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in pool maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a military base pass.
• Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have own truck or vehicle.
