We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the operations of our pool company. As the Pool Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable work enviroment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Duties:
Assist in managing all aspects of the pool facility, including staff supervision, scheduling, and budget management.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of pool staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Supervising: Monitor pool services to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from pool customers, providing accurate information and resolving any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pool service company.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for customers.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
