Form of workCDR Health Care Inc. is seeking individuals who are interested in working as an Emergency Medical Technician within the state of Tennessee in the Nashville area for an upcoming vaccine project. The purpose of this job posting is to create a pool of potential employees who are willing and interested in working this mission with CDR Health Care, Inc. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to:
+ Recording a patient's medical information accurately
+ Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed.
+ Adhere to all company policies and rules.
+ Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor.
+ Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
Schedule:
Start date to be determined. This project is expected to start in the next couple of months.
Requirements
+ Current State of Tennessee EMT license required in good standing.
+ Proven experience as an EMT.
+ Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
+ Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
+ Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
+ Above average physical condition and stamina
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Compassionate and able to handle stress
+ Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds
+ Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check
+ Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
+ Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position
