Shape the future of Product Delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

 
As a Product Delivery Manager in Omnichannel & Biometrics Solutions, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 

 
Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end Product Delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Manage all application and documentation hand-offs from Product and ensures successful operational readiness activities are completed and maintained downstream
  • Effectively create and maintain a software release process following PDLC principles to ensure proper application delivery, rollout execution, performance monitoring (performance, functional, alerts), and impact assessments for all clients
  • Collaborate with the implementation manager, production support, relationship managers, and product management to execute all new deployment rollouts, change requests, bug fixes, or performance improvements with proactive and reactive (situational) reporting
  • Handles all client rollouts of new payment application upgrades or fixes, monitoring pilot progress and ensuring pilot success criteria is agreed and met by all parties involved. This may also include additional template management within our terminal management system to meet the client's needs
     
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product Delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies 
  • Strong knowledge of payment terminal programming and functionality such as key injection, software loads, configurations, validation, and performance monitoring.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven track record with multi-faceted payment platform implementations for large and mid-tier enterprise businesses
  • Experienced with a unique blend of product management, release management (UAT and/or QA), project management, product data analytics, and implementation management
  • Experience in the payments industry supporting payment software and hardware in an implementation or operational role
  • Knowledge of onboarding tools/systems and fulfillment requirements.
