We are currently seeking a PMO Technical Analyst- Healthcare Payer/Medicaid to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).
The Technical Analyst will be a valued member of the Integrated Eligibility System PMO. They will work as part of a larger team providing Program/Project Management Office (PMO) services – including project management, technical requirements analysis and process improvement, technical system analysis, and technical system performance monitoring – for the client Enterprise.
Job Responsibilities Include:
The Technical Analyst will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables, providing support for the team while developing the skills necessary to advance along the technical IT consulting career path. In collaboration with other NTT DATA Government Consulting and Advisory (GCA) consultants, the selected candidate will work as part of the project team to support the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key projects that are technical in nature to help the client achieve organizational goals. Working under the direction of the Technical Lead Project Manager, this role is targeted to manage all activities related to the system interfaces that exist in the Eligibility system, as well as providing support in the areas of Security compliance and system performance monitoring.
Other responsibilities of this position include:
• Support the State and PMO Managers in Agency technical activities for compliance tracking and monitoring of the Eligibility system
• Support the State and PMO Managers in reporting and communications of federal compliance activities
• Document project status, conducting meetings and make presentations
• Leverage knowledge of the state technical environments and apply it when appropriate
• Attend requirements sessions and various technical related meetings to learn functionality that is proposed to be incorporated into the system
• Review project deliverables formally submitted by the system integrator
• Attend project and status meetings
• Managing multiple system interfaces in a multi-vendor environment
• Management of Data Exchange agreements in a multi-vendor environment
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years work experience in Technical Business Analyst role/capacity
• Minimum 6 years meeting facilitation and meeting minute documentation experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Eligibility and Enrollments systems and operations is a plus
• Undergraduate degree in business, health care, information systems or related field or 4 years additional relevant experience
• Up to 50% at client site required, therefore local candidates preferred
Preferred Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience
• Experience with project management and technical operations in a multi-vendor environment
• Experience managing system interfaces in a multi-vendor environment
• Experience interacting with Federal agencies regarding system performance and security compliance
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $93,800.00 to $120,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
