Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and guide a team of 40 employees in project management, providing overall direction and vision for the department.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements
- Experience: twenty plus years of progressive experience, with a background in project/construction management.
- Leadership: Proven progression into senior management roles, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- ERP/System Implementation: Experience in ERP/system implementation, driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management: A culture changer who can drive and implement positive change within the organization.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities, capable of developing and executing long-term plans.
- Problem-Solving: A complex problem solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations and find innovative solutions.
- Mentorship: A demonstrated coach and mentor, skilled in building and developing high-performing teams from senior to middle management levels.
