• Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and replacements.
• Collaborate with property management teams and residents to promptly address and remedy plumbing concerns.
• Adhere strictly to all local plumbing codes and standards, ensuring all work performed is safe and compliant.
• Provide immediate response to emergency plumbing situations, prioritizing customer needs and safety.
• Maintain meticulous records of service activities, including utilized parts and labor time.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through clear and professional communication with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Plumbing Services, specifically within high-rise buildings.
• Must hold current backflow prevention certification.
• Profound knowledge of plumbing systems and a proven ability to handle complex plumbing tasks efficiently.
• Proven skills in diagnosing and fixing a wide array of plumbing issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A stable and verifiable work history, supported by references.
• Candidates should ideally be based in or near Dallas, TX.
