Job Overview:
P.H. Works Inc. is a Brooklyn-based licensed plumbing and heating company seeking an organized Plumbing Service Manager to oversee service requests from inception to completion. Responsibilities include receiving and managing service requests, coordinating logistics, scheduling calls, assigning tasks to technicians, and maintaining communication with team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage service requests from customers.
- Ensure accurate and updated documentation of details for each request.
- Coordinate logistics for service calls, including shutdowns, material procurement, and access arrangements.
- Schedule calls based on urgency and technician skill and availability.
- Assign service calls to technicians and prioritize workload effectively.
- Communicate with team members and customers before, during, and after service call completion.
- Send follow-up communications to customers upon completion of visits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the plumbing or related service industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools preferred.
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and terminology is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
