Plumbing GM

As the GM for the Plumbing Division in South Inland Empire, you will play a pivotal role in the ensuring the seamless day-to-do operations of the service and installation department for a well established Plumbing and HVAC GC

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC and Plumbing divisions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Monitor the P&L to drive growth and manage costs through influencing associate behaviors.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the business including all activities of the service and installation departments.
• Lead a culture of accountability by setting expectations for all associates.

Position Requirements:

• Must have previous management experience with a background in both HVAC and Plumbing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience successfully leading a team in a fast-paced service organization with a proven track record of growing a business.
• Able to monitor and pivot as necessary to control all COGS and expenses.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Proven experience retaining existing customer base.
• Proven experience with interpreting, dissecting, and analyzing data to improve organizational performance.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.
