UTILIZE YOUR TALENT TO

• Respond to routine plumbing repairs to resolve the issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Install and replace toilets, shower fixtures, sinks, and plumbing shut-offs.
• Tackle a variety of tasks including drywall work, carpentry, painting, flooring, and light electrical projects.
• Participate in interior renovations for multi-family and existing apartment units.
• Utilize a tablet with HouseCallPro app to receive work orders, take photos of work, record time spent working and description of work performed as well as materials used.
• Assess and identify potential issues that need attention or repair.

The Must Haves

• Apprentice Plumber Tier-2 level experience required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential or commercial maintenance and repairs, required
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and use a tablet for work orders.
• Punctual, dependable and customer service oriented
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to travel daily within a MA/NH territory
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Own tools required; we supply the vehicle.
• Ability to meet the physical demands and lift up to 75 lbs.

Important Stuff to Know

• Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am. to 4:00 pm
• On-call 1-week per month
• Competitive Pay: $35-$38 per hour
• Benefits Eligible position: 100% Company Paid Medical, Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays
• Location: Travel to properties generally in the Haverhill, MA, Merrimack Valley, North Shore, Southern NH areas
• Company Truck provided
