The selected candidate will be performing as a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Chief Engineer for Aeronautical Sites. As a part of CAD/CAM & PLM organization to provides an overall PLM implementation vision and strategic plan including legacy PDM system exit strategy. This role must have an extensive working knowledge of PLM tools in Aerospace industry to manage technical baseline of the F-35 PLM solution. Builds and oversees various major milestones including PDM migration IT implementation, functional & user acceptance testing coordination, data validation and cleansing, process & training development. This role also required to works with F-35 program management, business partners (NGC & BAE) to build an implementation roadmap, ROM estimations for IT projects, and status briefings to IT & E&T leadership. The candidate should have a clear understanding and experience in breaking down high-level multi-year plan into quarterly Agile PI planning methodology.The selected applicant will be a member of a dynamic multisite team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Frequent interaction with Program and Engineering personnel require effective communication skills both oral and written. The ability to travel on occasion for team interaction or Program support is required.

- Experience with PLM Tools and Database structures
- Understanding of Aerospace Aircraft Development life cycle functions (Engineering, Prod Ops, Sustainment, etc…)
- Strategic Mindset
- Ability to develop multi-year plans/roadmaps with ROM estimates
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with ERP and MES systems
- Agile Development Process knowledge
- Knowledge of Aerospace System Engineering and Engineering Release Processes
- Excellent communications skills
