Premier golf & country club in the beautiful Texas Hill Country
Built-in the 1930s, the original historic ranch-style home has undergone minimal changes. The Club offeres 36 holes of championship golf on the Live Oak and Blackjack courses. Other amenities include tennis courts, two swimming pools, pickleball courts, a fitness center and additional event space. Here you will find a peaceful community and a place to enjoy the finest things in life.

Designer: Gary Player
The Live Oak golf course at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club was designed by golf legend, Gary Player. This 18-hole championship golf course, located in the Texas Hill Country, was built in 1978. The golf course meanders through the community with various ravines and vistas encountered throughout the a round. Deer and other forms of wildlife are also prevalent throughout the course. Live Oak provides players of all skill levels a challenging test of golf.
Blackjack
Designer: Gary Player
Designed by golf legend, Gary Player, the Blackjack course at Fair Oaks is an 18-hole championship golf course. It starts within the community before opening up to a 9-hole stretch through the former hay field of the ranch. Holes 6 through 14 provide players a quiet reprieve from the noise of the surrounding area. The wind on this stretch of holes can provide a stiff challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

The Player Development Professional partners with the Director of Golf and/or Head Golf Professional and is responsible for creating a culture of improvement at the Club to generate increased levels of participation amongst the Members and prospective Members. The goal is to increase member value and appeal of the Club through improved retention, increased participation, and the development of a more vibrant and enjoyable golf community.

Day to Day
Management of a personal care group of allocated golfers responsible for their retention, activation, and participation.
Execution of player development activities (this includes coaching, engagement events, golf with members, swing assessments, fittings, active marketing events, and non-traditional golf events such as a short-game challenge).
Creation and management of a new membership pipeline including management of the conversion to member.
Improvement of golfers playing performance through coaching and fitting.
Execute and manage junior, adult, new golfer, and social coaching programs with minimum numbers participating.
Execute and manage active marketing events.
About You

Interest in swing fundamentals, athletic performance, and technology associated with its measurement.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
PGA/LPGA Profession Certification completion preferred.
