Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative packaging solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Ensure our Plastic Packaging remains at the forefront of industry standards by staying abreast of the latest advancements in injection molding, 3D printing and plastic materials.
• Leverage background in 3D printing to create 3D printed prototypes and prototype tooling.
• Bring your packaging designs to life by working collaboratively with R&D, Production, Marketing, and outside tooling vendors.
• Minimize the environmental impact of our designs by exploring recyclable and eco-friendly materials.
• Ensure packaging designs meet the highest standards of durability, safety, and compliance.
• Conduct in-depth mold flow simulations to optimize injection molding processes for efficiency and quality.

Education, Training & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in Plastic Packaging design and development.
• Proficient in CAD software for designing and prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of plastic materials and their properties.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
