SalaryThe Plant Operator will physically:
Operate equipment and processes in the plant through direct control, remote control systems, and coordinate work with others.
Operators work the DuPont Shift Schedule so that the plant is covered by at least 2 operators, 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. Operators work in the control room and outdoors in the plant where they can be exposed to weather extremes, loud noise, high temperatures, and vibration.
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Process Technology.
· Knowledge of Emerson Delta V DCS control system and PLC operation.
· Completion of on-the-job training and passing operator qualification exam.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
