Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Plant HR and Labor Relations Business Partner to support organizational development and engagement, with a focus on Labor Relations and HR functions within manufacturing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Finance, or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Labor Relations, talent acquisition and management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with local and federal laws.
- Proficiency with HR Information Systems, especially Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of employment and labor law.
- Skilled in the creation and analysis of dashboards and data reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong technical skills, particularly in HRIS and data analysis tools.
- Experience in managing Labor Relations within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to write job profiles and conduct market analysis for compensation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions to maintain positive Labor Relations and productive working relationships.
- Manage HR policies and processes for assigned value streams.
- Train and coach managers and employees on HRIS functionalities.
- Offer HRBP support for employee inquiries and manage the exit process.
- Implement engagement strategies and provide coaching to employees and leaders.
- Maintain and analyze HR reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity.
- Oversee core HR processes, including performance management, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys.
- Support Talent Management processes, including succession planning and growth roadmaps.
- Provide recruitment support for Non-Exempt positions and assist with Exempt hiring and onboarding.
- Craft job profiles and conduct salary market analyses as required.
- Drive talent programs such as internships, co-ops, and early career initiatives.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements.
- Execute additional projects to support value streams as needed.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
