Overview /Objective:
The Associate, Planning, Travel and Event Logistics will manage various tasks revolving around tent pole and internal events, including but not limited to hotel contracts, hotel reservations and group blocks, airline flights, ground transportation, and gathering pertinent information for credentials. Remote Events include regular season games, tent pole events, as well as league meetings and pre-planning survey visits. In addition to remote events, this position will support events hosted at NFL Los Angeles. This position will work closely Production Management, American Express travel, NFL employees, freelance employees, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage travel logistics for all remote events including, flights, hotel room blocks, rental cars etc.
- Ensure all travel is in adherence with the most-current NFL travel and expense policy
- Prepare and distribute confirmed travel details to attending staff
- Partner with Legal and Production Management to negotiate and finalize hotel contracts
- Manage entire credentialing process for NFL Media staff. Including but not limited to compile credential zone information including background information, liaise with league contacts, security and football operations to finalize credentials.
- Travel to tentpole event site visits and any other remote events where NFL Media business logistics are necessary
- Partner with all departments to coordinate tent pole event communication and ensure travel information is current and accurate.
- Partner with Production Management to track travel costs for NFL Media tentpole events
- Manage the maintenance and organization of internal travel documentation
- Work with Los Angeles leaders on event staffing
- Work closely with the Culture and Business Operations department on coordination of internal NFL Media events.
Salary / Pay Range

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working in Hospitality, Event Planning and/or Travel Management
- Experience working in a Production environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms and Smartsheet
- Ability to travel as needed to support remote events
- Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the NFL league business and operating units
- Accreditation experience

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
- Minimum of 40 hours per week with the occasional need to increase hours around tentpole events
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional business hours to meet event needs and deadlines (including working on weekend and holidays)
