Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with distribution of files, prints, etc.
- Take and tag photographs for the inclusion in the photo library.
- Execute work correctly within required deadlines and budgets.
- Organize and maintain product data and material samples.
- Work positively with project team to meet required deadlines.
- Consistently re-examine work as completed to verify proper execution; yellow out redlines as work progresses.
- Edit and revise drawings.
- May coordinate with sub consultants.
- May occasionally attend client meetings with supervisor and other members of the project team.
- Participate in field visits, project meetings, and team meetings.
- Assist in the production of following graphics:
- 3D models and renderings
- Image Boards
- Site plans, master plans, sections, and other associated planning exhibits.
- Presentations, booklets, design guidelines, master plans, and other entitlement documents.
- Hand drawing and/or sketching experience is a plus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to research and learn various codes and ordinances
- Good graphic skills and can communicate graphically
- Understanding and proficiency using the following software:
- AutoCad
- Sketch Up
- Enscape / Lumion or other rendering programs
- Adobe Suite
- MS Office
- Bluebeam
- AI, preferred but not required
- GIS, preferred but not required
Education and Experience
- Entry level position. Intern and/or 1 year of working experience.
- 4-year degree in Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience
- Knowledge of planning principals related to Urban Design, affordable housing economic development, land use transportation, etc.

The wage range that the Company expects to pay is $27/hour - 29/hour.
