Responsible for preparing site plan studies, master planning and urban graphics, project documentation, and coordination with the architectural design department
This position can be a contract to permanent position or a direct hire role for the right candidate. Candidates will work 4 days in office and 1 day remotely.
No current or future sponsorship will be offered for this role.
-BS in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related, required
-Minimum of 5 years experience
-AutoCAD, InDesign, and MS Office, required
-Experience in Sketchup or Lumion, a plus
-Knowledge of city codes
