BASI Pilates Studio in Marina Del Rey is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves leading group classes, offering personalized instruction and is enthusiastic about building a supportive community that empowers our clients to achieve their fitness goals.
What Youll Do:
Lead group Pilates classes, catering to a variety of fitness levels.
Provide personalized instruction and feedback to ensure optimal form and technique.
Cultivate a welcoming and motivating environment, emphasizing community and personal growth.
Maintain a clean and safe studio space, following all health and safety guidelines.
Were Looking For:
A Certified Pilates Instructor with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Proficiency in both mat and equipment-based Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.).
Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for motivating others.
A deep passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their health goals.
Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
CPR/AED certification
