We are looking to hire a Plan Room Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Description:
The Plan Room Assistance will handle the day-to-day operations of the Plan Room. Duties include performing general reception duties, such as answering phone calls and relaying information both written and orally, receiving and fulfilling printing requests from members, printing and organizing plans, finding, posting and updating projects to weekly bulletin and website, invoicing, providing excellent customer service to our member and the community, and aiding other staff in organization of events as needed throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information- possess basic knowledge on Microsoft Office programs
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative/ customer services or related field of work
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Prefered but not Required:
- Knowledge in Quickbooks and experience working with accounts receivable
