SalaryBuster’s Brick Oven, in Olde Towne Daphne, is looking to add a full-time Pizza Maker to our team!
Typical hours: Tuesday-Thursday 2:30-9:30; Friday & Saturday 2:30-10:30.
Restaurant Hours: Tuesday-Saturday open at 5pm.
Making a pizza will be part of the interview process.

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specific recipes and customer requests
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and pizza ovens
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing dough
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a pizza restaurant or similar establishment
- Knowledge of pizza making techniques and recipes
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Ability to handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Understanding of food safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with customers

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
