Local pizza shop in search for someone to make our Pizza Dough weekly. This is a flexible schedule that can be organized around any other commitments a candidate may already have. Approximately 3-4 days a week and a total of around 20-25 hours per week.
Canidate would be responsible for the making our levain/poolish, making the dough, cleaning the workstations prior to leaving and other dough management tasks to ensure food safety and quality in our product.
Previous baking experience is required. Canidate must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time (how much the flour bag weighs)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
