Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Bella. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza making and a deep understanding of how to operate a brick Neapolitan-style oven. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pizzas and other menu items, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake pizzas in a brick Neapolitan-style oven, following specific recipes and techniques.
• Assist in the preparation of other menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and wings.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs for restocking to the kitchen manager.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately and to the satisfaction of our guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Cook, with a strong understanding of brick oven operation and pizza-making techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
