Hospitality
Guest Experience
A front-of-house Team Member is responsible for greeting customers warmly, promoting a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues, and providing exceptional service through menu knowledge, addressing guest concerns, and upselling menu items.
Operational Excellence
A front-of-house Team Member is highly organized and detail-oriented who consistently follows Pita Chip processes and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. They are responsible for accurately taking and processing orders, ensuringcompliance with food safety regulations and cash handling procedures, and reporting any maintenance issues.
Teamwork
Dependability & Reliability
A reliable and accountable Front-of-House Team Member is expected to arrive on time, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet performance expectations, taking responsibility for their actions and continuously improving their performance.
Communcation & Collaboration
The ideal candidate is able to effectively communicate and manage their availability, handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
