We are growing and expanding. Passionate BBQ Pitts Entry Level 1 needed to begin the journey of becoming a Pitt Master.

We like to basically sum it up as make the absolute best barbecue we can, make friends and support and grow as a team and individually.

But the job is tough and we are looking for someone up for the commitment:

You need to be physically and mentally able to work in hot and smoky conditions and have extremely high standards of what is acceptable to you.

It get’s HOT. The hottest our pit room has ever been is 136. The smokers are running at 250-275 and you’ll be putting your face, hands and arms in it.

We carry trays of meat that can weigh up to 50 pounds and cases of meat up to 120 pounds. Your fingers will be dark and greasy forcing you to wash them 80 kajillion times a day.

It’s not easy and you will be held to extremely high standards. The awesome part is you will be part of a really tight crew that depends and supports each other while creating really great barbecue using the best meat and equipment we can get.

We are looking at people for full time only that can make a complete commitment.

You will be in front of people in the pit room and as a part of the Pit Crew you will be expected to learn how to cut the barbecue to order for guests so knife skills, people skills and the ability to multitask are important things.
