Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the SLP & OT field to help grow MeBe's multi-discipline services
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
Develop a talent pool of SLP and OT professionals
Recruit passive candidates using personalized and semi-personalized sourcing strategies using tools including Ashby, HireEZ and LinkedIn
Screen resumes, conduct video conference interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with qualified candidates
Meet or exceed our team’s weekly metrics
Manage candidate communication during interview process and notify non qualified candidates
Send detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress summaries to hiring managers
Check references and create offer letters to extend to qualified candidates
Collect, verify, and create HR personnel data for new hire onboarding
Report weekly activity, blockers and focus for the following week
Track recruiting trends in the industry and introduce new sourcing strategies, interview efficiencies and best practices
Develop partnerships with universities, SLP & OT organizations and other SLP & OT professional communities to build relationships
Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting experience for pediatric SLP and OT roles
Strong working knowledge of sourcing and recruiting functions
Experience with passive recruiting- a large portion of the job will be developing competitor lists of SLP and OT talent for future talent marketing campaigns
Good knowledge using G Suite and operating in an asynchronous environment
Knowledge of ATS systems; prefer Ashby. Lever or Greenhouse are ok.
