About Mesa Pulmonary Group:

Located in the heart of Costa Mesa, CA, Mesa Pulmonary Group stands as a leading healthcare provider renowned for its commitment to exceptional care and service. Our well-established practice is currently on an exciting growth trajectory, with the recent addition of physicians increasing our medical team to five doctors. To complement this expansion, we are eagerly seeking a dynamic Office Manager to spearhead the organization and leadership of our dedicated office support team, currently comprising nine members.

Position Overview:

As the Office Manager at Mesa Pulmonary Group, you will be entrusted with the pivotal task of overseeing our practice's day-to-day operations. This key full-time role demands a proactive, versatile individual capable of effectively supervising medical assistants, addressing patient inquiries with finesse, and upholding our standard of outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will expertly manage a range of responsibilities spanning both front and back office operations, exemplifying adaptability and a readiness to support various roles within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Medical Assistants, ensuring smooth front and back office operations.
  • Promptly and empathetically address patient inquiries, maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Steer and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Efficiently handle pre-authorizations, patient communications, and a variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma as the minimum educational requirement.
  • Professional experience ranging from Early Career (1-3 years) to Associate (3-5 years).
  • Demonstrated competencies in Critical Thinking, Customer Service, and Initiative.
  • Proficiency in electronic clinical documentation, with a preference for experience in the Office Ally EMR system.
  • Quick adaptability skills, with a capacity to thrive following minimal training.

Employment Details:

  • Regular Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM.
  • Dress Code: Business casual, with the option to wear scrubs.
