Our high volume medical services group is seeking a skilled and reliable Physician specializing in Interventional Pain Management to provide support to our healthcare team. In this position, you will work closely with our team of Doctors and Physician Assistants to provide comprehensive patient care and assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of spine and orthopedic conditions. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate in Interventional Pain Management. 

We currently have three locations; Winter Park, Kissimmee, and Summerfield. Our practice is looking to also expand in an effort to provide more availability for exceptional care to the greater west Orlando Area. 

We are looking specifically for a candidate who can support our Summerfield, Kissimmee and future locations(TBD).

This position can be considered for part-time or full time based on locations. 

As a Interventional Pain Management Physician, you will be assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various pain conditions related to musculoskeletal disorders with focus on non-surgical management of spine conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Physician Assistants, as well as Orthopedic and Neurosurgical professionals to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including thorough reviews of medical history and physical examinations.
• Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders with focus on spine disorders. Treatment plans may involve a combination of medications, interventional procedures, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
• Interventional Procedures: Perform interventional spine procedures, such as injections, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive techniques, as part of the treatment plan
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including Physician Assistants, Neuro and Orthopedic surgeons to ensure comprehensive and well-coordinated patient care.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Pain Management techniques, research, and medical literature. Contribute to the development of new treatment protocols and best practices for Pain Management.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards and regulations.
• Patient Education: Provide patient education on Pain Management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options. Empower patients to actively participate in their own Pain Management and recovery.
  

Applicants should possess the following:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited college or university.
• A current and unrestricted Florida medical License
• Current DEA license
• Anesthesiology Residency Completed preferred
• ABA board certified in anesthesia.
• ABA board certified in Pain Management (or board eligible)
• ABA Pain Fellowship
• A minimum of one year of experience as an IPM physician with successful patient outcomes. But will consider recent fellow trained physicians
• Ability to perform interventional procedures including but not limited to epidural steroid injections, facet join injections, radiofrequency ablation and nerve blocks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered quality care.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong orientation to deadlines and details.

Compensation will depend on experience and will include medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off benefits.
