Description
Commonwealth Pain & Spine is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Technician for our therapy clinic in Saint Matthews, KY.
Job Duties:
Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties
Answering patients' questions
Maintaining the clinic area
Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
Reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preparing rooms for patient visits
Cleaning and organizing for patient services
Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
1-2 years of Physical Therapy Office experience a plus
Experience in a Medical Environment a plus
Excellent Customer Service and Teamwork
