Physical Therapy Aide

We are an outpatient Physical Therapy practice located in the South Bay looking for someone that would be a great addition to our clinic! We are currently looking for a highly motivated, compassionate individual interested in becoming a Physical Therapy Aide/front desk receptionist. The position will entail of both front office and aide duties, including these key responsibilities:

• Great patient communication and professional etiquette
• Be a team player
• Supervision of exercises with patients directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Appointment scheduling

• Patient check-in/check-out
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• May assist with insurance benefits and eligibility
• Payment collections
• Printing, faxing, and scanning documents
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of treatment rooms, gym

Job qualifications:

• Phenomenal customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma required; some college or college degree preferred
• Self-motivated and possessing strong work ethic
• Proficient with computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Prior Physical Therapy Aide experience a plus, but not mandatory

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
