Responsibilities and Tasks:

• 
  Assist the physical therapist with patient exercises
• Assist indirectly patient care by ensuring a safe, healthful and pleasant environment.
• Interface directly with patients, their families and other therapy team members
• Maintain patient exercise flowsheets
• Maintain a neat and clean environment
• Maintain equipment, including laundry
• Make new or follow-up patient appointments
• Work with front desk staff

Qualifications:

• No high school diploma, degree, or certificate is necessary
• Punctual and dependable
• Goal driven
• Experience as a Therapy Aide is preferred but not necessary

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
