Job Summary
Heaven's Angels Services is seeking aPhysical Therapistto join a skilled nursing facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide one-on-one and/or group assistance for the patients. Responsibilities include assessing patients needs, guiding patients through physical activities, and educating patients on the benefits of physical activity. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a wellness team.
Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one and/or group sessions to include all major muscle groups
• Restore patients' functions
• Help patients accomplish treatment plans
• Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of physical therapy
• Collaborate with doctors to create an individualized plan for each patient
• Maintain accurate records of each session
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
• Ensure a clean and safe facility
• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

• Passion & motivation for helping others achieve long-term wellness and results through physical therapy
• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting
• Able to stand for long periods
• Comfortable with performing therapies on diverse clients
• Strongly service-oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in various settings
• High level of ethics and integrity
